We offer a full range of screen printing services, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, bags, drink koozies,
sports jerseys, and more. Since we do all our art preparation and screen printing in-house we have total control
over your design and the time it takes to complete your order. As a result, we have one of the fastest
turnaround times in the business. Most screen print orders are completed in 7 days or less.
If you need it faster than that, just let us know (rush charges may apply.)
We ask for a minimum of 6 items for screen print orders. For new orders there is a
screen charge of $20 per color for each placement. So if your design has 2 colors on the front and 2 on
the back it would require a total of 4 screens. For repeat orders there is a setup fee of $10 per color
for each placement unless you're
printing at least 48 items, in which case there is no charge for setup.

The most common method of screen printing is spot color printing. This method uses a separate screen for each color being
printed. Unlike process printing, there is no mixing of colors as they're being printed. Since each color is
printed on its own, the artwork must also be separated by color. Although the colors are printed
separately they can still be touching or overlapping in the design.

Four color process printing uses four colors (blue, red, yellow, and black) which are mixed to create a full array of colors,
much like an inkjet printer does. Commonly used to print photos and full color designs, four color process is limited to white
and light color apparel. For dark color apparel there is a similar method called simulator process printing, which uses white
ink to create the light tones.

Another common technique is faded or distressed printing. This look can be achieved with spot color or process printing and
actually has more to do with the artwork than the printing itself. By essentially masking off random areas of the design it
gives the look of fading. There are also a couple tricks relating to the ink and the way the design is printed that can
help give the look of vintage apparel.

Puff printing is a technique that uses a special kind of ink that raises slightly off the fabric when printed. Available in a variety
of colors, puff ink is used to give apparel a unique look by providing some depth to the design. It can be used with most types of fabric
including cotton, polyester, and polyblends. One limitation of puff printing is that it typically is not used for designs with a lot of detail.
