Not all materials are compatible with each of these options so a good place to start is to determine what type of jersey you would like to have printed. If your jerseys have a logo or design but do not require custom names or numbers then screen printing will likely be the way to go. If you would like to have names and numbers then heat applied vinyl is usually the most cost effective option. Tackle twill is the most expensive of the three but the result is a high end, high durability customization that will definitely stand out. This is the style that you would typically see on professional sports jerseys.
